archived mailout forking (mailout upgrade)

All users of the latest Web Sessions content management system who have the Newsletter/Mailout Admin plugin are now able to fork archived mailouts to a new draft mailout. This aids in repeating similar recurring newsletters as well as testing mailouts a few times before sending the final copy.
